CCC's Licensing Services - CCC is structured to work on behalf of our clients in
three distinct ways:

In formulating a licensing strategy, CCC seeks to develop a comprehensive understanding of
the Property to be licensed. Our licensing program is thus comprised of these key steps:
- Examining the goals, objectives and resources of the Licensor,
- Integrating the Licensor's goals and objectives into a Licensing Program,
- Providing assistance in the selection of relevant and effective products,
- Identifying prospective licensees, and
- Managing and monitoring the Licensing Program.
CCC'S Disciplined Approach
CCC has a sophisticated system and set of procedures to ensure that the licensing
program which is developed for a property is carefully planned in order to accomplish the
specific goals of the Licensor. Our approach includes six stages:
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the property,
- Determining the key goals and objectives of the licensing program,
- Developing the strategic licensing plan,
- Identifying the categories and products where the property will be most powerful and
relevant,
- Isolating the best licensees through prospect searching, and
- Implementing and providing ongoing management of the program.
Integrating the Licensor's Goals and Objectives into a Licensing Program
A successful licensing program is intended to complement the Licensor's existing corporate
mission, goals, and objectives. The broad goals of a licensing program into which we must
integrate the Licensor's objectives are as follows:
- Generate new revenues from the licensing of the Property
- Create additional awareness of the Property (and the Licensor) through the sale of
licensed merchandise
- Protect the integrity of the licensed trademarks
